Dear Sir,
I watched your video twice, you are doing a great job, you are following all the regulations you have been asked.
However the plant itself is relying on reverse osmosis while the intake water is from a river (American River)???? Which means that your plant is using sulfuric acid as an anti-scalant, which is later returned back to the American river along with the brine reject flow, polluting the river which is feeding other municipalities in the down flow of the river???
River waters have very low TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) all it needs is separation from mud, which is normally achieved by settling tanks.
There is no need for me to comment??? And you are refusing any comment on your video on YouTube???

Dear Maher Louis, PE, PEng.,
Thank you for watching the video and commenting. Mr Ryan Stinson is a Water Treatment Plant Operator at Carmichael Water District, which created and uploaded this video to the YouTube. The Water Network team decided to share it, as we thought it may be interesting to people working in the same field, and we have no impact on internal policies of Carmichael Water District. It seems that their policy is not to enable commenting on the videos they share. However, if you would like to ask them a question, you may find contact details here.
Best regards,
Duško
