I am involved in a program to be used on WWTP ponds or lagoons to drastically reduce nitrogen, ammonia, and sludge. This is a consortium of 6 aerobic microbes which treats the lagoon and overall reduces the BOD and controlls for a discharge of N at 3mg/ liter when managed properly.
