As Head of Projects I am responsible for LiqTech International development projects, consultancy market and business line. Responsibilities include market / product development and project management, strategy- and organisational development, tendering, contract- negotiations and contract management.

Head of Projects and manager of international multidisciplinary projects based on engineering as well as operational and strategic management of working groups.Projects include major EU Funded projects such as O-WaR, Romeo and Mat4Treat.

In leading and managing teams and projects I give high priority to raising the engagement of staff and employees through direct involvement of employees and delegation of responsibility to all involved capable parties.
