I have professional experience in environmental consultation and supervision, water pollution, water and wastewater treatment, O&M of Wastewater Treatment facilities from different sources, Soil Pollution and Hazardous materials Treatment, Working with Law Enforcement authorities, Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Policies and Procedures.
I have an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from Ben Gurion University of the Negev. My research was completed and published in 2001 and 2004 respectively. The main topic was a pilot study of constructed wetland using duckweed (Lemna gibba L.) for treatment of domestic primary effluent in Israel. The research included construction of a pilot system that investigated the treatment of domestic wastewater by duckweed plants and evaluating treatment efficiency for water reuse.
I am a Certified Effluent and Wastewater Sampler by the Israeli Ministry of Health and a Certified Coordinator for Treatment and Prevention of Hazardous Wastes and Materials.
